She specialises in transformation, something that almost every organisation wants to achieve. “How do you transform your own leadership style and use that to transform yourself, your environment? How do you make that leadership sustainable? Compassion in leadership is so important. When you are compassionate, it transforms your team, your environment and it delivers results.”

Yene is accredited for a range of psychometrics, including MBTI, Belbin. She is an executive coach as well as a trainer and facilitator. Her PhD is in Transformative Change and Learning.
