What can we learn from each other?

Does this sound familiar?  We have been talking to some of our L&D contacts and we hear people talk about some of the big, strategic issues on their agenda right now. There are no easy answers to any of these challenges. That’s why discussion, sharing ideas, listening and talking to other professionals who – just like you – are dealing with similar issues, can be so valuable.

This summer CLS will host online facilitated L&D workshop events with the headline “Working in Partnership”. You will share with your peers, learn from one another and talk in a creative, focused, confidential atmosphere.

Four sessions will run over a six-month period, each session lasting 55 minutes. You, the L&D professionals, will be in the driving seat. You will decide which themes to focus on and how you want to use of the time. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to have high quality discussion with your peers from different sectors around important L&D issues. 

The groups will be professional and enjoyable; a chance to create partnership working with people who, like you, have the experience and the desire to deliver excellent L&D in a changing environment. We provide this as a service, at no cost to you, for a limited number of people and organisations.
