Although from the UK, Hywel has lived and worked all over the globe in the last 30 years. His experience in senior management, engineering, technology, pharma and public organisations, means he readily connects with teams and leaders everywhere. Whether coaching, or facilitating skills development, Hywel makes sure everything is aligned to organisational purpose and drivers.

Hywel works with many organisations in many locations:  NATO, INSEAD, The European School of Administration, CITB, RBKC.  As ‘Pedagogical Manager’ for a public-sector CLS client, he designs an annual leadership development programme for 80 participants. Hywel leads the team of over 20 trainers, to deliver 5 weeks of learning, in two languages and two country locations. As you would expect with COVID-19, this high-profile event was transformed for online delivery, and was highly successful. 

Unsurprisingly, Hywel is qualified and accredited for everything you need. Insights Discovery, MBTI, HBDI, Buzan training and he is a de Bono Instructor too. He also is accredited for and uses proven learning solutions such as, N.E.W.S.® Navigation, Exercising Influence®, and Storytelling for Leaders. Hywel is equally at home listening to clients and working with CLS colleagues to create customized learning.

Hywel’s energy means he doesn’t sit still for long. He loves to bike, run, act, hike and generally go off exploring and discovering new things.
