Buyce has a base in both Turkey and the UK and she works easily with clients in the US and EMEA too. The challenge – and interest – of working with people from a range of backgrounds, was part of the reason she moved from Engineering to coaching. Coaching C level, and C level talent pools, Buyce can both challenge and support leaders, who aim to develop an adaptive leadership style and the mindset shift that will help them, and their companies, move forward.
Although Buyce does a lot of online work, she has lived and worked in so many countries that she can feel at home almost anywhere. That’s important when you work in international, global companies. From banking with HSBC, to telecoms with Nokia and IT with Microsoft, Buyce has worked in organizational development and HR, at director level. Her deep understanding of the challenges faced by senior executives makes her an ideal coach. She also supervises other coaches; her level of practice as a coach is outstanding.

Buyce is entirely at home in sectors which are process driven; international pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and automotive and FMCG are all key clients. As a leadership specialist, she designs and delivers development programmes and large group facilitations for leaders, as well as providing individual coaching to executives.

Buyce has published work on facilitating organizational change, coaching and has been a keynote speaker on a number of occasions.
When she has time away from her work, Buyce is often physically active. Hiking, sailing and dancing are key to this. She also enjoys quiet time with books, movies and Sufi philosophy, which together give her a unique perspective and energy for life.
